What is electronic billing (e-CF)?
e-CF (Electronic Fiscal Receipt) is the digital version of invoices and tax receipts. Law 32-23 mandates all businesses in Dominican Republic to issue electronic invoices. It's no longer optional — it's mandatory.
When is it mandatory?
Implementation is gradual. Large companies are already in process. For SMEs, deadlines are approaching fast. If your DR business hasn't implemented electronic billing yet, now is the time.
